At Fusion Search, we pride ourselves on our level of candidate care, and our goal is always to make the candidate feel that we are working as hard as we can for them.
We understand that candidates are often too busy to talk during office hours. Accordingly, we work around the candidate and as such we regularly meet with/talk with candidates late into the evening or on weekends. In turn, we find this approach allows candidates to feel in control of the process and they are therefore more open and relaxed when talking to us, which in turn allows us to be more thorough with our screening process and understand exactly what the candidate is trying to achieve.
Candidate CV’s are only ever sent to our clients with their permission and they will be kept fully briefed throughout the process. We will continue to be a support network right through the recruitment process.
